Historique :	Panneau peint dans les années 1860. Accrochée sous la rosace occidentale, comme en pendant aux 5 lancettes de vitrail ouvertes sous la rosace nord, une boiserie à 5 panneaux est ornée de toiles marouflées. Les figures peintes peuvent être attribuée à Antoine Meuret, elles présentent la simplicité de trait et l'expression religieuse du peintre nantais, auteur de plusieurs décorations peintes de mobilier de culte vers 1860-1870. Il ne reste rien de l'ancienne église du village de Saillé. Devenue paroissiale en 1841, elle a été reconstruite en 1893. Le clocher date de 1959. L'église conserve en particulier de l'ancienne église un panneau peint du 17e siècle représentant le mariage du duc de Bretagne Jean IV au 14e siècle (PM44000191).
