Historique :	Le Croisic fut érigé en paroisse en 1763 et cette cuve baptismale y fut installée en 1766, dans la chapelle Saint-Pierre (détruite). Cependant, une première cuve baptismale avait été installée dès 1527 à cet emplacement même, alors même que l'église Notre-Dame-de-Pitié n'est qu'une annexe de Saint-Guénolé du bourg de Batz.
