Description :	Le roof est en deux parties avec, à partir de la poupe, un cockpit, un dog-house, puis le roof lui-même ; plat-bord en teck, pont en contre-plaqué recouvert de lattes puis entoilé, membrures ployées en frêne, srres en chêne, bordées en pitchpin et chêne. La coque est de type quille longue avec tonture marquée. L'étrave est en V, la poupe à une forme de voûte. L'hélice est en bronze. Le lest est en fonte.

Historique :	Le bateau a été construit en 1946 à La Trinité-sur-Mer et mis à flots en 1947. En gagnant la course croisière Plymouth / Belle-Ile en 1948, le premier propriétaire, Jean Marin, a prouvé que la France pouvait, après la 2e guerre mondiale, construire des yatchs capables de rivaliser avec ceux des Anglais dans les grands courses croisières océaniques.
